THE PROCESS
Each shear or knife is carefully inspected to see what kind of work needs to be done. After the inspection process the angle is chosen based on what the shear is saying could and should be sharpened at. Then the sharpening begins, leaving the blade looking like nobody has touched it and feeling new!
